Where are you located?
We have one location in South Austin in the Lamar Plaza Shopping Center on South Lamar Blvd.

How much are your classes?
We have 10 different classes and costs and payment options are available.

Do I get a Certificate?
After completing the course and completely paying off your course fees, a Certificate of Completion will given to you.

Do we take credit cards?
No. However we do accept cash, money orders or personal checks. Cash or money orders only for the Petty Theft and Assault Prevention Level 1 classes. Credit cards are not accepted.

Can I take more than 1 class session a week?
No. The Travis County Family Violence Task Force rules state one class per week.

Can I transfer credit from another program here in Austin or from somewhere outside Austin?
No.

What is the closest bus line to take to get to you?

Can I bring my wife/kids/girlfriend to class with me?
No. Partners can register for separate class. At this time, we do not offer couple counseling.

When is the best time to call the office?
Monday through Friday 9am to 4pm is the best time to call. Although we do have weekend and night classes scheduled, no one is in the office to take your calls. There is an answering machine to take your messages after hours and on weekends.

Do I need to get an Evaluation from TCES first?
Some clients do, some don't. Please call the office 326-1717 to find out if you will need a TCES evaluation first.
